About
Welcome! I am Laura Lee, I am a qualified personal trainer/online coach and a bodybuilder. I specialise and have great passion in helping women and men achieve their health and fitness goals.
I have always had a big passion for fitness! I’ve been a gym goer since the age of 16 (21 years!), played netball, I often participate in the local park run with the family, I’ve completed half marathons and in 2019 completed my first full marathon. For the past 18 months I have become a drug free bodybuilder competing in UK and Worldwide federations placing at every competition and earning a pro card. My personal goal for 2024 is to make improvements to my current physique and compete again in autumn of 2024, I live for a goal :). I am also a mum of two boys and happily married to my husband.
As a family we are very active, we have a passion for rugby both boys and husband are members of local teams. Outside work life and family time my husband and I like to train at home together focusing on strength training.
My aim as a coach is to deliver fun effective and engaging workouts, tailored to you and your goals. Whether you are looking to build muscle, lose fat, improve general fitness, beginner or advance, I will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals
ONLINE COACH/PERSONAL TRAINING
My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Working as a qualified Personal Trainer in the West Midlands area, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realise that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.

14 day challenge
This challenge is absolutely worth doing as I feel less bloated, I have more energy and it was a great kick start into the new year. I lost 6.5lbs which I was really pleased with.
Laura was very supportive, the workouts are varied, the rest of the online group also were very encouraging, which has definitely kept me strong.

Bronze Package
I have been on a weight loss journey for 12 months and have lost over 2 stone. However in the run unto Christmas I had lost my way and needed that kickstart.
The challenge was exactly what I needed! It was a massive shock to the system at first but soon adapted to the new way of looking at foods. Due to working long shifts I had to adapt the challenge to fit in and that was easy to do.
I feel so much healthier and can see a change in body shape. I would 100% recommend Laura, she is totally committed to helping you get fitter and healthier.
Silver Challenge
This was a really touch challenge, it was really worth doing for me because I needed help with my nutrition. I have always been calorie focused and it has really helped me with my macros' to build muscles and tone which is what I want to do.
I have beeen introduced to foods that I have never tried and cooked before and that is really good for me as I am a fussy eater.
I really enjoyed the workouts, although I'm used to much more intense it has really helped slowing it down and it has improved my form.
The support I received from Laura was really good and she helped me suit the challenge to my specific needs.
